I have never used the number of transport trucks parked outside as a guide to food served. That is indicative only of the amount of parking space. My guide is the number of pickups without campers, hence probably local. Granted that is only a relative indication and my just lead you to the best of a bad lot, but sometimes relatives (like my daughter) provide the best advice.
